Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VentureSea ATS (the “Service”), including the public careers portal at careers.venturesea.tech and the recruiter dashboard at ats.venturesea.tech.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and VentureSEA Digital Pte. Ltd. (“VentureSEA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

VentureSea ATS is an applicant tracking and recruitment platform that enables VentureSEA recruiters to post job openings, review applications, screen candidates using AI-assisted tools, schedule interviews via Google Calendar integration, and manage the recruitment pipeline end to end. The Service comprises:

• A public careers portal where candidates view open roles and submit applications
• An internal recruiter dashboard used exclusively by authorised VentureSEA personnel
• Backend services supporting application processing, CV screening, and interview scheduling

• Recruiters. Only authorised VentureSEA employees or contractors may access the recruiter dashboard. Authentication is via Google OAuth using a VentureSEA-controlled account.
• Candidates. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to submit an application. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Account responsibility. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

“User Content” means the resumes, cover letters, application responses, and any other information you submit through the Service. Candidates retain ownership of their User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant VentureSEA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of evaluating your application and operating the recruitment workflow described in Section 2.

You represent and warrant that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or plagiarised application content
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interactions with the Service
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access
• Use the Service to harass, discriminate against, or violate the rights of others
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful or destructive code
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or access controls
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

The Service integrates with Google Calendar and Google Meet. Your use of those integrations is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.

VentureSEA's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Further details on our data handling are set out in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and branding, is owned by VentureSEA Digital Pte. Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights or licenses are granted, whether expressly or by implication.

Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Submission of an application does not constitute a promise of employment, interview, or response by VentureSEA.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VentureSEA Digital Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed SGD 100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, legal obligations, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Account and data deletion requests are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4 (User Content license), 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) — will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify users by email (where applicable) or by posting a prominent notice on the Service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the effective date of the most recent changes.

Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
